    Just to let you know that I’m back in the kitchen :yahoo:

    Fresh pineapple stuffed with a honey and mustard marinaded pork tenderloin & then lattice wrapped with home made streaky bacon & oven baked…Accompanied as you like (Saute potatoes & fresh broad beans works well!)

    Wonderful! I really think you should come down here and marry me sundodge. Mr kiwi is not in to par in the kitchen department.

    Kalofagas is good sancho. Anyone that looks like a teddy bear has to be a good cook.
