    Spanish Customer Service Representative

    My company is recruiting for full time (8 hours) agents to join the SPANISH speaking team (working hours are between 10 am – 18:30 pm). Candidates, besides speaking English, must know also another supported language in the department (Italian, German or French).

    You will be working for a big Contact Centers multinational in Greece (Athens) that handles telephone based customer service projects for very important and recognized clients. This vacancy is for a one of the world’s largest software companies helping organizations to secure and manage their information.

    Mission:

    • To receive and handle inquiries from inbound calls and emails providing support in Spanish and another supported language used in the department (Italian, German or French).
    • Receiving inquiries answer inbound calls within a busy customer service team (Monday to Friday)
    • Acting as the first point of contact for all Spanish speaking clients and for another supported language used in the department (Italian, German or French) via inbound calls.
    • Pro-actively respond to customer queries in German and English via inbound calls
    • Data input and information management
    • Liaise with the team leader to resolve any customer complaints/issues
    • This is a project based environment and there are real opportunities to develop within the role and also within the company itself

    Prerequisites:

    * Graduates of High School, Colleges, Foreign Universities
    * Fluent to native standard Spanish
    * Fluent to native standard of another supported language used in the department (Italian, German or French).
    * Fluent English (Advanced level: fluent written, spoken and reading skills).
    * Good Knowledge of PC (hardware, software, and internet)
    * Excellent communication skills, strong team spirit, passionate about customer services

    OR – a small recruitment agent, not necessarily in Greece, casting their net as wide as they can, and using a disposable, anonymous email address to do so? The identity of the client company may not be public knowledge, if they are still negotiating facilities.

    These companies do exist here. A mate of mine was working Apple’s iPod support desk here a few years ago.
