An invitation for your dogs and you !
We’ve been setting up an agility course for our dog Shila in our friends field.
Nothing amazing, just some home made jumps, tunnels and runs.
We’ve finished the initial set up and are having a try out on Saturday.

We’ve invited some friends and their dogs to make it a social day too.

If you’re in the Kalamata / Messinia area and are interested, please PM me for details.

From a couple of responses i’ve had i think i should clarify a couple of things.

The field is actually like a large garden area, fenced all round and quite safe for dogs to run free.
There is also the chance to have separate areas if necessary.

You are welcome to bring your dog just to socialise. It’s not mandatory to use the activity course !

Ooh yeah, pictures! Particularly if there is anyone else there whom we know. GIH is sadly lacking in pictures.

I’m 100% positive that one look at either of us jumping around would traumatise the dogs for life !!!!!!!!!
I highly doubt there’s a canine counsellor in Kalamata so best we keep to the role of enthusiastic encouragement.
    Sorry to disappoint !

That may be your opinion, but I think we should see photos so that we can make up our own minds.

OK as requested here is a link to view photos of the inaugural PACK (Poliani Active Canine Klub) meeting.
Yes the name IS a bit contrived, but we like the acronym.
    :)) :)) :))

Wonderful effort Shazzie. The dogs look a cross between puzzled and ambivalent, but they must thoroughly enjoy the company judging by the wee white doggie. reb_bravo

    Thanks Kiwi.
One of the things I hear most from dog owners is their dogs have no chance to meet others in a safe, happy environment.

The dogs ages went from a 9 month pup to an 11 year old but everyone had a great day.
I’m not sure who enjoyed the social side more though – the 2 or 4 legged guys !!!!!!!!!
